Home / How it works

One monthly fee. The website stays somebody's job.

There is no project fee, no handover document, and no moment where the site becomes your problem. Here is exactly what happens, and what the fee covers.

The order it happens in

Four steps, then it just keeps running.

01

Tell us what you need

A short call about what you do and who you want to reach. Send whatever you already have — photos, prices, a logo.

02

We build it

You see a first version in about two weeks. Say what to change and we change it before anything goes public.

03

It goes live

We point the domain, switch on hosting, SSL and backups, and check every page on a phone before launch.

04

It stays looked after

Send edits any time — new prices, new photos, new hours. Updates, fixes and speed checks continue every month.

What is covered

Everything a live website needs, in one line on the invoice.

These are not add-ons. They are the reason the service exists — each one is a thing you would otherwise have to buy, renew or remember.

Design and build

The pages themselves, written and laid out with you, then built to work on a phone as well as a laptop.

Hosting and domain

The server the site lives on and the address people type. Both renew automatically inside the plan.

SSL and backups

The padlock in the address bar, kept valid. A full copy of the site taken every day and kept for thirty days.

Content edits

New prices, new photos, new opening hours, a new staff member, a page that needs rewording. Send them over.

Speed and uptime

We watch whether the site is up and how fast it loads, and fix it when either slips. You do not have to notice first.

Updates and fixes

Software underneath a website changes constantly. Keeping it current is included, not billed as maintenance.

Common questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Who owns the website?

You own the domain and all your content, always. If you leave, we hand over an export of the site and transfer the domain to you.

How many edits can I send?

As many as you like, as long as each one is a change to an existing page. A brand new section or a new website type is a separate conversation.

How fast do edits go live?

Most small changes are live within one working day. Anything bigger gets a date before we start.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. You get a login and can change text and images whenever you want. Plenty of people never do, which is the point.

What if I already have a domain?

Keep it. We point it at the new site, and the renewal either stays with you or moves into the plan, whichever you prefer.

Can I change website type later?

Yes. A business site can grow into a store, and a landing page can become the front of a bigger site. We rebuild it inside the plan.

Ready when you are.

Tell us what you do and we will come back with the type of site that fits and what it would include.
